Lot 51 Core Library

The Lot 51 Core Library is a foundational modding framework for The Sims 4, developed by Lot51. It provides essential tools and reusable code snippets that streamline the development of other mods, reducing the need for extensive scripting. Many mods, including those by Lot51 and other creators, rely on this library to function correctly.

KEY FEATURES

Reusable Snippets and Tunables: Offers a collection of pre-written code snippets and tunable parameters that modders can incorporate into their projects, facilitating common tasks without additional scripting. 

Event Handling System: Includes an event service that allows mods to execute code during specific game events, such as zone loading or unloading, without injecting into core game functions. 

Utilities for Mod Development: Provides tools for setting up loggers, configuration files, and game services, aiding in organized and efficient mod development. 

Conflict Reduction: By centralizing common functionalities, the Core Library minimizes the risk of conflicts between different mods that might otherwise modify the same game functions. 

This mod does not work on its own.  Only one version of Core Library should be installed at one time.
