Create a medieval-style kitchen in your game with Littlbowbub’s Medieval Cookbook, featuring separate recipes and support for custom cooking hearths.
Medieval Cookbook by Littlbowbub adds a collection of medieval-inspired cooking options to The Sims 4, giving players a way to bring a more historical and rustic style of food preparation into their gameplay.
The main download works as a cookbook enabler, while the recipes themselves are available separately so players can choose which medieval dishes they want to add. In the latest version, the cookbook also includes compatibility for recipes such as Pigs Trotters and Bonemeal Bread.
In-game, the Medieval Cookbook can be found in the Small Appliances section of Build/Buy mode. Once placed on a lot, Sims can interact with the book to access its cooking menu. Players can also use supported custom hearths directly for medieval-style cooking.
The mod now requires Homestead Helper for its cooking props, and some recipes may not function correctly without it. The Medieval Cookbook and Homestead Helper are Base Game Compatible, although individual recipes may have their own pack requirements.
For players using Off-the-Grid gameplay, the creator also provides an optional fix for recipes that may not work correctly with the off-the-grid system.
Medieval Cookbook is designed to work alongside Littlbowbub's separately released recipes, making it a flexible option for players creating medieval, historical, fantasy, or rustic-themed Sims 4 saves.
