What Just Happened
This mod adds a quick social-history tool that helps you track recent interactions between played Sims and NPCs.

What Just Happened by deadlystingnyc is a small but useful quality-of-life mod for The Sims 4 that gives players more insight into autonomous social interactions. If you return to a household and discover that two Sims are suddenly arguing, have become friends, or have experienced another unexpected relationship change, the mod helps you see what led up to it.

The mod adds a “What Just Happened?” interaction to the Sim pie menu. Select any Sim to view their 10 most recent social interactions from the current play session, along with the Sims involved in those interactions. Both sides of a social interaction are tracked, meaning you can inspect either the Sim who initiated the interaction or the Sim who received it.

The history is designed for the current zone session and resets when you load a different zone. This keeps the feature focused on helping you understand what has happened recently rather than creating a permanent social-history database.

Useful for Rotational and Autonomous Gameplay

What Just Happened can be particularly helpful for players who use autonomy, manage large households, or play rotational saves. It provides a quick way to investigate unexpected social changes involving both played Sims and NPCs without needing to watch every interaction in real time.

What Just Happened is a straightforward choice for Simmers who want better visibility into the autonomous social activity happening around their Sims and NPCs.
