Pilates Reformer

This mod adds six new Pilates exercises to The Sims 4 with functional fitness equipment for home gyms, studios, and wellness gameplay.

Pilates Reformer by MiliNiki is a fitness and wellness mod for The Sims 4 that adds a functional Pilates Reformer machine to the game. Sims can use the equipment to perform six different Pilates exercises, giving them a new way to incorporate strength, stretching, and wellness-focused activities into their daily routines.

The Pilates Reformer is a standalone, independent mod, so players do not need to remove previous MiliNiki Pilates mods to use it. The equipment can be added to home gyms, Pilates studios, or other fitness spaces, making it a useful option for Sims whose stories revolve around exercise and wellness.
