Pilates Essential Kit by MiliNiki is a fitness and wellness mod for The Sims 4 that expands Pilates gameplay with functional equipment and group workout options. The kit includes a functional Pilates ring and Pilates ball, each offering multiple exercises, while hand bands, stretchable bands, and Pilates socks provide additional decorative details for creating dedicated workout spaces.

The mod also introduces a hireable instructor system and group Pilates classes, giving Sims more ways to exercise together or participate in structured fitness sessions. Players can select an exercise directly from the Pilates equipment, making the kit suitable for home gyms, studios, and wellness-focused venues.

The package already includes the Pilates board and Pilates Split board, so older versions of those items should be removed to avoid duplicate content or conflicts. Script Mods and Custom Content must also be enabled in the game settings.
