15 Hour Active Career Day with better Wages

Not getting enough time at your active career to earn that promotion...Running out of time to finish all tasks...Working hard with pitiful wages...

Now you can stay at work for 15 hours while still having the option to stay later and the end of the shift.  I have now added a 12 Hour work day version 

Not only do you stay at work for longer hours you now get Normal, Double or 10X more wages

This mod changes the active career duration of the Doctor, Scientist and Detective only.......... All other careers will retain their normal working hours as set out by EA.

This mod will conflict with any other mod that alters the career level xml tuning files for the Doctor, Scientist and Detective.

This mod will conflict with any other mod that alters the Sim Data aspiration files
