Write with Quills

This mod adds aesthetic charm for historical, romantic, medieval or pastoral gameplay.

Write With Quills by JaneSimsten changes the pencil mesh in the game to a quill, giving a more historical or rustic aesthetic when Sims write or type via computer.

Key Features

The mod replaces the standard pencil object/mesh with a quill for writing animations in many situations. It works for most ages. It does not replace crayons for the activity table. Later updates fixed shadow LODs and specular map for the quill object to improve visuals.

Mod Release Date

An early version called “Replacement: Write With Quills” was posted in August 2022.
