This mod makes The Sims 4 Parenthood values more realistic and balanced.

The Character Values Overhaul mod reworks The Sims 4: Parenthood’s character value system to make it more realistic, balanced, and rewarding. Instead of extreme mood swings or inconsistent outcomes, Sims now develop their values more gradually and meaningfully based on their upbringing and daily actions.

Created by tyjokr, this mod adjusts how quickly Sims gain or lose manners, empathy, responsibility, conflict resolution, and emotional control. It smooths out progression so parenting feels more natural and impactful, giving family gameplay greater depth. The result is a more believable childhood and teen development experience that rewards attentive parenting.
