Before you explore these mods, here’s something important to know:

  • No commercial use: Mods cannot be sold, licensed, or rented, and they cannot include features that support monetary transactions.

There are four sheets below containing data for Tank’s mods. Select the mod or sheet you need from the dropdown, then search for and click the desired mod version from the list. Follow the instructions on the download page. Immediately close any redirects and do not click on any ads.

GOOD TO KNOW:

Tank’s Mod Central is the creator Tank’s core or “framework” mod. It doesn’t add any direct gameplay by itself; instead, it’s required for many of Tank’s other mods to work properly. It provides shared code, compatibility updates, and performance handling so that all of Tank’s mods run smoothly together. Think of it as the foundation or engine that other mods rely on.

It’s Movie Time is a separate gameplay mod by the same creator. This one actually adds new features to The Sims 4 — specifically, it lets Sims watch movies in game through a custom menu on TVs, computers, or consoles. It includes options like “Play a DVD,” allows adding new movie titles as downloadable “DVDs,” and can show decorative movie posters.

How they differ:

Mod Central is the dependency or core system; it manages scripts and supports Tank’s mods in general.

It’s Movie Time is the feature mod that uses that system to make the movie-watching gameplay possible.

If you install It’s Movie Time without Mod Central, the mod won’t function properly. But installing Mod Central alone won’t add new interactions — it only enables other Tank mods, like It’s Movie Time, to work correctly.
