Instructions:
Click on the name or picture of the Sims to download. Unzip/extract on your desktop or anywhere you can place it temporarily. Make sure your game is not running. Open the unzipped folder and select all the files and place them DIRECTLY inside your Tray folder (location: Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Tray).
