Smart Core Script by Andirz is a shared dependency library that provides the technical foundation for several of the creator's advanced mods in The Sims 4. It runs in the background, handling essential systems and functions that allow compatible mods to introduce features beyond the game's standard capabilities.

Rather than adding visible gameplay content on its own, Smart Core Script works as a central framework for other mods. It provides script injections, shared logic, configuration tools, and compatibility checks, allowing individual projects to use common systems without including separate copies of the same code.

The library also includes a configuration system that saves player preferences in dedicated files, so custom settings can remain intact when the framework is updated. Its centralized logging system helps identify installation problems, version mismatches, and potential conflicts, making troubleshooting easier.

Smart Core Script is required by several Andirz creations, including Smart Sim Randomizer, Smart Sim Cheats, Better Pie Menu, Smart Gender Cheats, and No Skill Spam, among others. The exact dependencies depend on which of the creator's mods you have installed.

The download includes two files: a .ts4script file containing the main framework and a .package file containing translations for menus and system messages. Both files are required and should be installed together.

Smart Core Script is Base Game Compatible and does not require Lot51 Core Library or XML Injector. However, it must match the supported version of The Sims 4. The creator does not provide backward compatibility for older game patches, so players should download the latest release that matches their current game version.

To install, place both files in the Mods folder, keeping the script file no more than one subfolder deep. Enable Script Mods in the game settings and restart the game. Remove older versions, including outdated files previously released under the name Smart Shared Core, to prevent conflicts.

Smart Core Script is an essential support library for players using Andirz's compatible mods. It does not add gameplay features independently, but provides the shared systems needed for those mods to function correctly.
