To-Go Plate by SimChelle adds a convenient way for Sims to pack up leftover food and share it with guests in The Sims 4. Designed for family gatherings, parties, and holiday meals, the mod makes it easier to save extra servings instead of letting delicious food go to waste.
The mod introduces two new interactions for group serving dishes: Pack To-Go Plate and Offer To-Go Plate. With the first option, your active Sim can pack a serving directly into their inventory to enjoy later. This is useful for Sims who want to save a favorite meal or keep food handy for when they get hungry again. Packing a plate also gives the Sim a custom buff and an excited moodlet that lasts two hours.
The Offer To-Go Plate interaction lets Sims share food with their guests before everyone leaves. You can select up to seven Sims on the lot to receive a serving. Household members store their food for later, while guests take their portions with them when they leave. Offering plates also gives the hosting Sim a custom buff and a content moodlet lasting four hours.
To-Go Plate is Base Game Compatible and works with custom-content food. However, the interactions are designed for group serving dishes and do not work with individual servings. The mod requires the latest version of XML Injector and Lumpinou's Mood Pack for its buffs and moodlets to display correctly.
This lightweight gameplay mod is a great addition for players who enjoy hosting gatherings, sharing meals, and making family celebrations in The Sims 4 feel more realistic.
