Make loading screens more entertaining with Sim News, a Sims 4 mod by PandaWow featuring fictional news reports, celebrity gossip, and funny events.
Sim News by PandaWow adds a humorous twist to The Sims 4 loading screens by replacing the game's usual loading tips with fictional news reports from the world of Sims. Instead of reading the standard gameplay advice while waiting for a lot to load, players can enjoy amusing headlines about everyday Sim life and unexpected in-game events.
The mod includes around 200 different news messages covering a variety of topics, including breaking news, local incidents, weather forecasts, science, economics, sports, and celebrity gossip. Some headlines poke fun at familiar Sims gameplay moments, such as mysterious fires, unusual dumpster activity, alien abductions, and the romantic mishaps of well-known characters.
Because the messages are varied, loading screens can offer a different humorous headline each time, making the waiting time more entertaining. The references to familiar game mechanics and characters also give the news a playful, Sims-themed personality.
Sim News is a lightweight text replacement mod that focuses on customizing loading-screen messages rather than adding new gameplay mechanics. It is a fun choice for players who enjoy humorous details and want a little extra personality during loading screens.
The download is provided as a .package file that replaces the standard loading phrases.
