Sports Coach by babybeesims adds a new Sports Coach trait to The Sims 4 for Sims who enjoy sports, competition, teamwork, and leadership. Sims with this trait develop their Fitness, Charisma, and Logic skills faster, lose Energy more slowly, build friendships more easily, and tend to stay more Focused.

The mod also adds a dedicated Sports Coach interaction menu with coaching-focused options. Coaches can praise strong performances, address poor performance, discuss strategy, discipline team members, and give motivational pep talks. It is a simple gameplay addition for players who want to create athletic, competitive, and leadership-focused Sims with more personality and sport-related interactions.
