AnyShift by Midnitetech is a scheduling mod for The Sims 4 that gives players complete control over their Sims' work and school hours. Instead of being limited to default schedules, players can create custom shift patterns by choosing specific workdays and setting personalized start and finish times. The mod includes ready-made morning, day, evening, and night shift presets, while also allowing fully customized schedules that remain in place even after promotions unless reset. Compatible with both EA and custom careers, AnyShift offers greater flexibility for storytelling, rotational gameplay, and households with unique routines. It requires the Midnitetech Mod Library to function.
