Sim Pregnancy Fixes

A new update has been released to address recent issues affecting Sim pregnancy, which were introduced in the July 1, 2025 patch (version 1.116.202.1030 for PC, 1.116.223.1230 for Mac, and version 2.14 for consoles).

These issues were caused by performance optimizations that have since been reverted in this patch to restore expected pregnancy behavior. As a result, pregnancy mechanics should now function as they did before the July 1 update.

Players using mods related to pregnancy should find that these mods also return to their prior behavior. However, it is still recommended to check with individual mod creators for any specific updates or compatibility notes.
