This Private Gigs mod adds a set of immersive, mature career paths to The Sims 4, designed for storytelling and character-driven gameplay. Each job allows your Sim to explore non-traditional part-time roles focused on personal connection, fantasy fulfillment, and emotional support in creative and imaginative ways.

Your Sim can now access five unique freelance roles, each tailored to a specific niche:

Phone Companion: Lend an ear (and a voice) to clients who call in for companionship, fantasy storytelling, or to share their thoughts in a private setting.

Relationship Wellness Coach: Offer in-home sessions focused on emotional healing, romantic communication, and rebuilding intimacy for Sims with past relationship challenges.

Roleplay Specialist: Guide Sims through advanced social scenarios and unique experiences in a safe, trust-based environment.

Lifestyle Manager: Operate as a consultant and coordinator for Sims who need help navigating complex personal situations and emotional needs.

Client Board: Use a message board system to connect with others in need of various lifestyle services—whether playing as a provider or as someone seeking guidance and support.

Phone Companion Role
Does your Sim enjoy meaningful conversations and helping others feel heard? As a Phone Companion, your Sim will receive calls from various clients who seek tailored conversations based on specific interests or fantasies. You can choose which calls to answer, with each interaction bringing in payment and character development opportunities.

Call themes vary and may include:
  • Friendly chat lines
  • Fantasy storytelling hotlines
  • Relationship advice lines
  • Niche interest topics (e.g., art, culture, roleplay)
Start by selecting "Phone Companion" under the Lifestyle Services menu on your Sim’s phone. After a short in-game interview, your Sim will join the service, and calls will begin to come in over time. You’ll be paid for each session, and you’re free to reject any calls that don’t suit your Sim’s style.

Relationship Wellness Coach
This role allows your Sim to help others improve their emotional and romantic well-being. You'll be providing in-home sessions through structured “rabbit hole” events, focusing on:
  • Rebuilding confidence
  • Overcoming emotional barriers
  • Exploring safe communication styles
  • Teaching intimacy and trust within relationships
Choose role from the Lifestyle Services phone menu. After a simulated interview, your Sim will begin receiving session invitations. Each session pays your Sim and contributes to their professional development in this niche field.

Note: A known issue may prevent a confirmation message, but you’ll receive a special trait indicating that your Sim is qualified to begin.
