Disable EA Telemetry

From Lot 51:

Opt Your Sims Out

A great amount of data is collected about your Sims’ lives. If you enjoy privacy, why not them?

This will disable EA’s telemetry hooks in the simulation code. There’s no guarantee there isn’t more telemetry data collected in the client.
