Banana Leaf Crafts is a mini crafting system in The Sims 4 that lets Sims transform banana leaves harvested from banana plants into decorative and functional items—perfect for nature-inspired or sustainable builds.
How It Works
Harvest Banana Leaves
Start with a banana plant. When you separate the banana cluster, you obtain banana leaves.
Prep for Crafting
Click on a banana leaf and select the interaction "Prep for crafting," which turns it into a leaf mound.
Craft From Inventory
Add the leaf mound to inventory. Once there, and if your Sim has at least Handiness level 2, click the mound to open crafting options.
Choose Your Creation
You’ll see four crafting categories, each offering six style variants—totaling 24 unique objects:
- Round Basket
- Square Basket
- Blossom Holder
- Spring Flower Holder
Functional & Displayable
Crafted items function like decorative objects. Baskets include slots and can hold small items. Many can also be listed for sale in the system.

No Conflicts: Should work without overlapping with other mods.
Polycounts:
- Leaf Mound: ~90–150 verts
- Round Basket: ~220–400 verts
- Square Basket: ~600–850 verts
- Spring Flower Holder: ~350–630 verts
- Blossom Holder: ~770–1,550 verts
