MIKYA’s “Write Songs and Books Faster” is a tuning mod for The Sims 4 designed to reduce the time it takes Sims to write songs and books, making creative careers and hobbies less grind-heavy.

What the Mod Does

Speeds Up Writing Songs:

• Normally, writing songs with the Guitar, Piano, or Violin skill takes a very long time (often multiple Sim days).
• This mod reduces the time dramatically, allowing songs to be completed in a single session or much faster depending on your chosen version.

Speeds Up Writing Books:

• Shortens the time needed for writing books at the computer.
• Works for all book types (Children’s Books, Nonfiction, Screenplays, etc.).

Available Versions

Some versions speed up by a specific factor:

• 2x Faster
• 3x Faster

Instant Completion (for players who want no waiting at all)

You usually choose one package based on your preference.

Gameplay Impact

• Makes careers like Writer and Musician less time-consuming.
• Useful for Sims pursuing aspirations like Bestselling Author or Musical Genius.
• Still requires skill progression (doesn’t remove skill requirements or royalties).

Compatibility

• Base Game compatible.
