Live in Business

This mod that lets your Sims run all sorts of businesses right from the comfort of their own homes. You can have bars, cafes, nightclubs, gyms, daycares, pet daycares, and vet clinics, all in your own house!

This mod also comes with optional add-on packages that you can customize to your liking. It works perfectly with LittleMsSam's More Buyable Venues mod, if you happen to have that one installed.

Here's how you can get started:

Download and install the mod like usual.  Most of the business types are compatible with the base game, which means you don't need any expansion packs for them. The Bar, Nightclub, Daycare, Gym, and Retail live-in businesses are all base game compatible. However, the café live-in business needs Get Together, and the pet daycare and vet clinic live-in businesses require Cats & Dogs.

Build or download your venue and make sure the lot type is set to Residential so your Sims can move in.

In the Lot Traits tab, choose the type of business you want to run then click on the front door to open and close the business. Be sure to lock doors to any areas you don't want customers to enter.

That's it! You're ready to rock and roll with your very own live-in business!
