SNB ‐ Bills is an add-on mod for The Sims 4 from SimRealist that overhauls the default billing system. Instead of one combined bill, it splits utility and property expenses into categories like water and sewer, electricity, trash, cable, internet, cellphone, and property taxes. It adds consequences for unpaid bills, and introduces government-style services such as child support, alimony, and a welfare program.

Features & Gameplay Effects

With SNB ‐ Bills, each type of bill is handled independently, so Sims who fall behind in paying electricity won’t automatically lose internet etc., but may face individual adverse effects tied to each bill category. Unpaid bills trigger consequences, such as service shut-offs or negative moodlets. The mod also adds income support tools like a welfare fund (“Wel-Fund 4 Families”) plus legal obligations like child support and alimony. The options are customizable and allow players to fine-tune the financial burden and billing behavior across households.
