No Constant Phone is a mod designed to reduce excessive phone use by Sims. It disables certain phone behaviors that happen automatically, such as using the phone while walking, running, chatting with other Sims, or watching TV or movies. The mod ensures that Sims only use their phones when you explicitly choose a phone interaction.

It modifies things behind the scenes: it changes phone-use animations tied to movements (so Sims won’t pull out phones while routing), alters buffs related to phone usage (so those automatic buffs don’t trigger), and removes or disables idle interactions that let Sims hold their phones while listening, chatting, or watching. It also offers a variant that disables additional autonomous phone actions, like browsing web or playing games, if you prefer stricter control.
