Mental Health Career by KiaraSims4Mods is a custom career mod for The Sims 4 that lets Sims support the emotional well-being of others. The mod provides a full career path in mental health, where Sims act in roles such as therapist, counselor, psychiatric nurse, or social worker. Sims in this career help other Sims with stress, emotional crises, and personal growth. Available career branches include child & teen therapist, geriatric therapist, high school counselor, marriage & family therapy, occupational therapy, psychotherapy, substance abuse counseling, among others.
There are also “work from home” style tasks built in, such as updating mental health databases, offering mental relaxation tips, leading mental health clubs, discussing methods like cognitive focusing, or simply brightening the day of several Sims. Promotion along the career path depends on completing tasks, building skills like Charisma, Logic, Research & Debate, and Wellness, and often helping or mentoring other Sims.
