This is a complete rework of how the careers are handled in game.

The goal is to make looking for a job more interesting and a little bit harder. This is now a Vanilla Plus mod, meaning that it adds on top of Maxis without replacing or changing what's there already, specifically this adds a system of Job Postings BEFORE you get into a career, without touching the existing careers in any way.

The mod hides and replaces the look for job interaction on the phone (that can be unlocked at any time in case of need).
