Sim Spawn Overhaul

This mod overhauls how the game chooses what sims to spawn in many situations.

Have you ever found yourself playing Sulani, wondering why Bella Goth decided to come all the way from Willow Creek for a light jog? Wouldn't it make more sense for sims to walk around their own neighborhoods instead?

Isn't it weird, too, how you'll only ever see strays in Brindleton Bay? Where are all the cats and dogs in other worlds?

This mod aims to fix these issues and many more. 

After installing the mod, features can be tweaked through an in-game menu that you can find by shift-clicking on any mailbox with testingcheats enabled.
