The MC Command Center is a mod that adds greater control to your Sims 4 game experience and NPC story progression options.
You can enable debug cheats in MCCC by clicking on a computer>MC Command >MCC Settings > Notification/Console/Menu Settings > Console Command Settings > Debug Commands in Cheats > Enabled. Then, restart the game, turn on testingcheats, and shift+click on any sims/objects.
