Electronic Arts no longer supports the 32-bits versions of the Sims 4. This means that owners of 32-bits or older computers can no longer install new DLC’s (Magic Realm is the last DLC for 32-bits) and will have to download the Legacy Edition edition instead.
To know if you have a 64-bit computer, check if you have Program Files (x86) in your Drive C. If you don't, then you have a 32-bit computer.
