This mod turns passive jobs into active careers so you can follow your Sim to work in almost any profession.

Turbo Careers converts many of The Sims 4’s normally passive or “closed” careers into active careers, meaning you can follow your Sim to work and participate in goals and tasks rather than just having them disappear until they return home. It also unlocks some teen careers (Fast Food, Barista) in ways players can follow them similarly.

  • Active work behavior is added to nearly all adult careers, letting you follow your Sim to work like the Get to Work careers.
  • Teens can take on certain careers (Fast Food, Barista) under similar active-work rules.
  • Careers have evolving goals and tasks that change with career levels.
  • Custom venue support: you can place or download lots to serve as workplaces; lot type and required objects matter for the career venue to function.
  • Depending on the career, field work tasks become available at higher levels.
